Excellent seamless process from Stephen coming to do the initial walk round of my house, the office based ladies who guided me through the process and the paperwork and the incredibly efficient team on the day. Thank you Fergusons you have got this spot on!

Efficient service from first contact to removal. Removal crew were fantastic: extremely careful, nothing too much trouble and friendly and cheerful throughout. They made a stressful experience as easy as it could be. I thought the overall price was very reasonable given the service they provided. Office staff very pleasant and efficient.

Highly recommend Fergusons for the seamless move from Derbyshire to Northumberland. The team were amazing. Liam and Sergie worked very hard to load our home up and kept their cool and humour throughout the loading. Additional help arrived on the day of unloading and they all worked so well together and had the job done in no time at all. We will definitely use Fergusons again. A big thank you to the whole team

The pricing was very competitive, all questions were answered promptly and I was kept informed throughout the process.

I opted for the full packing service which was money very well spent and the team on the day were absolutely great! They were very personable, well-organised, efficient and helpful throughout and removed the stress from moving day!

We had a great and easy move with the Ferguson’s team from start to finish. Calls and queries promptly answered, good service from the office team. The two days of our move were quick and smooth (thanks to Liam, Sergei and Ben), who clearly knew what they were doing, packed everything with lots of care and attention and were so fast, fuelled by coffee and good humour. A genuinely positive experience and would definitely recommend them.

We used Fergusons for our move right before for Christmas and they were absolutely fantastic.
I was super stressed moving week before Christmas with 2 little ones but on the day the lads were amazing Ryan & Ben were just fantastic, nothing was too much hassle for them, they were quick and efficient and took great care moving items and also prepared the new house perfectly so that nothing was marked etc.
We did pay for both insurance options on our quote and I'm so glad we did as we needed to change out moving date about a week before and because we had the insurance it was no problem at all.
Highly recommended to anyone looking to book and we would definitely use again in the future if needed. Thank you!

What a fabulous experience we had from Fergusons. From Quotation from Stephen, to removal day with Ben, Joe, and Liam, everybody was so professional courteous and friendly "oh" and calming on the actual removal day when things took a horrible turn and we thought we were having to go into storage. Thankfully things did a last minuit U-turn and the lads couldn't have been happier for us. It was a long stressful day but can honestly say I don't think we would have got through it, if it hadn't been for the Fergusons lads.

From quotation with Stephen, through to packing and removal with Ryan and Joe, we could not have been happier. We had a very last minute completion date from our builder, Stephen went above and beyond to squeeze us in before Christmas. Ryan and Joe were fantastic on the day, 2 phenomenal people who took every care with our worldly possessions. Not just that but 2 phenomenal assets to their company, both great to deal with and just lovely people. Fergusons was great from start to finish. Easy communication with Stephen (operations) and Elizabeth in the office. The actual move handled by Paddy and Liam (and later on Ryan in the day) was amazing. They were very efficient, extremely helpful and super friendly. Special shout out to Paddy - gave me so many helpful tips as I was having to do a lot of last minute packing, made me feel so at ease - what an absolute gem! It made such a difference in making one of the most stressful days of life, a great experience. I actually felt quite tearful as they drove away from our house! Would highly recommend Fergusons!

Amazing experience - we had a complex move which involved moving to a house in Lincolnshire and the remainder of our furniture to storage for 6 weeks then a final move to another house.
The experience was seamless and having Ferguson do the moves certainly reduced the stress. Nothing was too much trouble and the lads could not do enough for us.

Ben, Aaron (and Stephen back in the office) have done an excellent job moving some boxes and bookcases into storage for me. On time, polite and professional. It took me two weeks to pack everything and it was all neatly stacked in the lorry and ready to go in less than an hour. Fergusons have always been excellent with me, whether moving in the UK or abroad. Thoroughly recommend.

Fergusons did a fantastic job for us at a great price. Arranging the move was very easy and Stephen organised everything we needed to prepare properly. Aaron, Ben, Ryan and Sergei carried out the move and they were all very hard working and a pleasure to have around. We have moved many times and the Ferguson team is the best we have experienced by far.
