Was emailing a lot with questions and customer service is very good. 29/09/22 - update i have recieved my necklace just awaiting the ring but was told it will be about a week or so due to the craftsmanship but can't complain im excited
I can't stress how beautiful each piece of moissante are. I purcahsed a cuban link chain in gold with diamonds and yellow gold nail bangle which is honestly my favourite item. I am in love with these and will be buying more.
I’m not going to sugar coat this but their pieces are GORGEOUS !! I’ve bought like 4 times so far from them and I love it. It’s kind of becoming an addiction and I just love it. I I bought a moissanite two tone Cuban chain and I’m not disappointed. Other orders I’ve bought necklaces and bracelets and I’ve just ordered only yesterday a beautiful piece with my nieces name obviously moissanite again. Their customer service is unreal as well. Their team respond to emails within 1hr time frame and their website service like live chat they respond so fast too
I have just bought two moissanite chains and a ladies ring from this website. I was skeptic so as not many reviews but I thought just to do it, and I’m not disappointed at all to say the least. I was so worried I even bought a diamond tester from Amazon and it fits the test too. Looking to buy more from them soon but this was definitely my fave jewellers so far.
I bought a chain and moissanite bracelet and I have never been so happy with my purchase before. I also entered a giveaway on their Instagram and won their first giveaway. I highly recommend buying from them.
