The customer service was brilliant. My expected date to receive the order was 6 months from the date of placing the order, so I contacted Fetch 'n Buy and they said estimated time from India to UK was 2 - 4 weeks. My order actually arrived in 6 days. Perfect product too. I will be using again!
I ordered A-Ret 0.1% Cream 20g and it arrived to the UK in only 10days! I was pleasantly surprised with how fast the product was delivered. Only one problem, I was unfortunately sent a gel when I ordered a cream and the price of them are different. Creams and gels perform differently on the skin, depending on your skin type and unfortunately, my skin prefers creams over gels. I'm gonna have to just give this a try and hope for the best.

I placed an order from the UK, and I was really impressed that the owner was so responsive when I couldn't find something in stock and, above all else, he was honest. When I questioned the international shipping price (because it seemed expensive compared to the value of my items) he said that he wasn't making any profit on the shipping - and I was cynical but I eventually thought I'd go ahead with it anyway - and after placing the order, without being asked or me even mentioning it, was honest enough to send me a photo of the receipt for the shipping, just because I think honesty with customers is understandably important to him. It arrived in about 5 days, with full tracking provided (in the UK, it was via Parcelforce) and everything was there, packed perfectly and well protected. This was my first order, and I'll update this if anything changes in the future, but I would happily place another order and I genuinely hope to be a loyal customer.
