Jennifer Strickland was amazing! It was quick and painless- she answered all of my questions and was a breeze to work with!
I have to edit my review. Dr. Strickland was amazing, the customer service team was NOT!! I was offered a special price for a tirzepatide subscription, but my account was accidentally set up for semaglutide. No big deal, Dr.Strickland just said to get ahold of customer support and they would change it. Ultimately, they said they would update the account but the price would change and the deal would no longer be honored!! It was the entire reason that I signed up! I have attempted to cancel my account several times and asked for a refund (as I did not use, or receive any product) and it has been several days waiting for their “escalation team” to get back to me. They do not operate their business with any sort of integrity whatsoever.

Such an easy experience. I made my appointment the same day and my doctor was on time, friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and did not make me feel silly for some of my questions. I walked away from the appointment feeling even better about my decision to move forward with FH.co
