Very helpful in my decision on what plan would work best for my weight loss journey

The website was easy to use, getting an approval appointment was fast.

The Dr was good but the connection wasn’t great, a lot of glitches.

So far everything has been great. Signed up yesterday and spoke to doctor this morning

Good price, good experience with the medication so far. Convenient setting up and prepaying labs. A little unclear on next steps with medication. Also thought I heard the prescribing doctor say there was no rush on labs but I've gotten a million emails saying it was critical.

Jasmine was patient and kind and listened to my needs.

I have only lost three pounds and it has been over three weeks.

Dr. Patel answered all my questions I had, great service!

I gave one star cause I couldn’t give none. Beware of this company. They bury a lot of details in small print and aren’t upfront about what costs and expenses. You have to practically scream to get customer service to address your issues. I am not alone. Google their name and you will find thread after thread of people who had the same experience I did. Beware!!!!!!
