A necklace I viewed online for €27 had gone up overnight to €40. It was still available online at €27, I had to buy it in store as no time for delivery unfort.

Had occasion to visit Blanchardstown…
Had occasion to visit Blanchardstown Fields this week and Nicola took care of me. Once again, service was friendly and professional and I am delighted with my purchase. Nicola showed me a gold chain newly on display in the window, and delighted to be able to pay via installment.
Love this place and their down-to-earth attitude.

Best customer service
I bought a pendant for Christmas which unfortunately was lost a few weeks later as the chain broke. I had taken out insurance with it, and Marie (who had actually sold me the pendant) looked after me through the insurance claim and getting a new pendant. She was so lovely and super helpful throughout the whole process.

Sean made my experience at the Dundrum branch very easy. I had to return a watch and decided to make an exchange. Sean was very polite and listened to my ideas on what I wanted and he then brought me to a private space and brought examples of jewellery and was really helpful. Liffey valley branch highly recommended
I knew exactly what I wanted and ran into the Liffey valley branch to grab it. Sheila was the lovely lady who helped me with my purchase. I would definitely look for her next time I shop there. She was very helpful and very friendly which makes all the difference.

Replacement earrings ✨️
Visited the Dundrum branch of Fields to look for earrings that I had been gifted but unfortunately I had lost one earring so was hope to replace it as was of sentimental value. Lisa went to great trouble to find the earrings which now have been discontinued. Thankfully she found a pair as there are only 3 left in all the Fields stores. Very pleased with service and will continue to shop there.
