Kilkenny store Excellent service.

I visited the Kilkenny branch in McDonagh Junction store last Friday with my daughter on her 18th birthday. I wanted her to pick out a nice watch that would be a sentimental piece in years to come. The lady that served us was so nice I cannot remember her name but he had beautiful red hair. She took out each watch that my daughter pointed out and made her feel so special sitting in the seat trying each of them on to see which was the best style for her. We chose a beautiful Armani silver watch with diamanté detail around the edges. I even got a discount because I had previously bought my older daughter’s watch there too. So they really do value your ongoing custom. I cannot recommend them enough.

Seiko Watch (Grafton street + Dundum)

Bought a Seiko from Grafton street, but visited the Dundrum store first (and have made purchases from Blanchardstown store before). Staff are always extremely friendly and helpful. Rebecca in Grafton street was super lovely and held the watch for me until I got there that day as it was the last in stock. Very happy with the watch and the service.

I bought a bracelet as a Christmas gift…

I bought a bracelet as a Christmas gift I didn’t realise at the time of purchase that it would most likely need adjustin. It only comes in one size which is larger than the average male wrist. When I went in after Christmas the wait time was 4 weeks. My partner didn’t receive the bracelet back until the first week of February. The cost to have the bracelet adjusted was half the price of the gift itself. If id known all of this up front I probably would have chosen another gift.

No reflection on the staff the customer service was amazing they were all really lovely.

Customer service is excellent!

Having made purchases in Dundrum and Swords within the last two months, I cannot praise Fields enough. Their staff are so attentive but not overbearing. Excellent jewellery, excellent customer service.

Bad customer service, no exchange option, but no refund either!

We were sized in the swords store for wedding rings using the ring sizer, then even though the ring we picked for my fiance was in stock in his size they didn’t show it to us, didn’t have him try the ring on, packaged it up in the back of the shop and gave it to us, but now that we have taken it home it doesn’t fit. The following week in the grafton street store he tried to exchange it for another size, but was told they didn’t have one and he should get a plastic coil ring re-sizer!! For a wedding ring he intends to wear every day! After spending so much money on a ring, I am in disbelief that their solution was a €4 Amazon piece of plastic! Grafton street told him to contact Swords and say Grafton Street said to would give him a cash refund, but swords are refusing. We didn’t even want a refund initially we wanted a ring in the correct size, but were told by the store that’s not an option for us, there’s nothing they can do, so we had to go elsewhere, now they will only give us a credit note. Terrible customer service.

Marie in Liffey Valley is so helpful. She helped with when I lost my beautiful bracket which thankfully I had insured. Marie filled out the paperwork, called me when it was ready and was so nice.
