Not my first time buying from Fields. This time it was a gift being bought for me. Service was fabulous as always. They didn't have my size and were able to order it in for me and I collected in a few days later. Beautiful products, lovely staff, first time in the Liffey Valley shop. I'll definitely go back again

I recently went into fields in Newbridge to purchase a gift for a birthday, I had looked at and item on the Fields website and showed it to a staff member who immediately got me the very same item I was looking for, She was very efficient, polite and very helpful and very nice. I've never had a bad experience in this Jewellery shop always very helpful and polite.

My first time buying a ring, it was an engagement ring for my girlfriend. I needed help with the ring size she told me i can take the ring, propose if it doesn’t fit i should bring it back for them to resize it or change it. It wasn’t my fiancé’s size i went to resize they said they couldn’t do it because it will ruin the ring but i can try other places maybe they can do it. I asked for a new one they refused because it has been worn once for the proposal and i was told they would change or resize it that was the only reason i bought the ring i was assured that it would be changed. Their solution was for me to get a ring sizer whatever that is. My fiancé is with a ring twice her size they ruined my engagement .

I have purchased an engagement ring in Newbury store on 8/12/25. This was bought solely on the basis that the ring would be resized and available before Christmas as a present, with proposal to be on that day.
On 12/12/25 I was called to be told the ring couldn’t be resized and the only option would be to order the same ring into store which would arrive mid January.
I feel I was completely missold this ring on the basis it would be available before Christmas. I reiterated the importance of this dozens of times before making the purchase to be promised and reassured it would all be fine. Sales assistant is Olga
A hard credit check has been done which will also stay on my file, all of this would have been prevented if I was told the truth from the beginning and not missold.
I am now stuck without a Christmas present for my partner, not being able to propose on Christmas Day.
Staff in store should be absolute certain in these circumstances when explained and reiterated many times. I feel that commission pound notes took over instead of a genuine care or concern

I have already called customer service regarding this who promised me a call back which never happened.
The ring has now gone down in price by 10%. I’ve asked the store to match this but have been told they never discount diamond rings, although t&c says the discount applies to online and store.

Have spoken to customer service over the phone and a complete waste of time, absolutely disinterested in listening to anything.
Now been told ring will be ready late January. That’s almost 2 months since purchasing the ring which would’ve been for Christmas. Zero care from them about this
We bought a beautiful opal ring for our mother here and it didn’t fit Andrew in the blanchardstown shop could not have been more helpful, we have bought her a beautiful bracelet now and you get 10% off for being a loyal customer which is a fantastic idea

I ordered a watch on Monday morning which guaranteed next day delivery, nothing arrived Tuesday but the tracking number said it would arrive Wednesday (Christmas eve) so that was ok. This morning the tracking has updated the delivery date to next Monday 29th. I've emailed Fields this morning they are blaming the delivery company, the delivery company are saying standard delivery, not next day delivery, was applied. So don't trust their next day delivery service as it's not reliable. I will go to a store today and return the watch as it was needed for a Christmas present. Really disappointing as I tend to buy all of my jewelry from Fields

Ordered an item online and paid for delivery only for them to delivered to the billing address and not delivery address. Emails and calls every day for over a week and it still cannot be sorted. The item will now not arrive in time for the Christmas present it was intended for. Very poor customer support and service, I wouldn’t recommend this company

After initial poor service with being able to contact them for an online order, Fields really turned it around. Had an issue with a watch order that was damaged and they got another one in for me and have been consistent on after service also.
I would definitely use them again and turned a poor experience into a very positive one.
I never received a confirmation email for a ring I bought as a gift. I emailed the sales team with no response. Ring arrived late (not next day delivery). It was the wrong size so I brought it to a store to exchange as per their policy. Was told I can't exchange it without a confirmation email. I emailed twice more since and also rang but just got a voicemail saying everyone is busy. I have 30 days to exchange and leaving the country soon so I won't be able to if they don't send the original confirmation email and will lose 125 euro. My family has been going to Fields since I was young so I did trust the brand but I'm now very disappointed in the service and would advise looking at other stores/options if you want good customer service and communication.
My wife and I bought a Seiko watch and dealt with Noor in the Grafton Street store. Superb service from Noor who was very helpful and informative with our options.
We are returning customers who appreciate a professional service and would highly recommend to anyone.

I recently had my white gold rings re-dipped at Fields. I only started wearing them again on the 6th of June, but within just eight weeks the white gold finish had already started coming off. When I raised this with the store, I was told it was just “wear and tear.”
In the past, I’ve always had up to a year before needing my rings re-dipped, so to see tarnishing appear so quickly was really disappointing. The quality of this service has fallen far short of what I expected, and I feel let down by the response I received when I queried it.
I hope Fields will review their standards, because this experience has left me very dissatisfied

I'd give zero stars if I could. Ordered a men's watch for my sons birthday on the 20th of August for next day delivery, didn't arrive, as of the 24th it still hasn't arrived. Had to go out and purchase my son another watch from a different jewellers because the watch never arrived. No one answers calls. They offer next day delivery but don't fulfill it, stay clear, awful to deal with
UPDATE, 29TH OF AUGUST, THERE'S A TRACKER INVESTIGATION GOING ON NOW, STILL NO DELIVERY. FIELDS REFUSE TO GIVE A REFUND.
