Free Diagnosis & Fantastic Customer Service, Fairly Steep Pricing
I have a 128GB Flash Drive in need for a fix and I headed to my closest File Savers location since there's no other area except Best Buy (which I personally don't have the best experience with). I just wanted to see what was wrong with my drive and luckily the diagnosis they provided was free of charge. I called for inquiry today of how much it could possibly cost and I was surprised by how expensive it is (considering what happened to my flash drive it seemed reasonable but it's a pretty hefty amount coming from me personally). The representative I talked to remained professional about it and mentioned they're able to negotiate prices which I was happy about. Ultimately, I'm getting it returned back to me but I will definitely come by for a repair in the future!
