I tried to call no answer. I have sent a WhatsApp message no response. I needed help ordering a suit and they don't seem to be responsive so I have to now look elsewhere

Sent me the wrong order
Sent me the wrong order. I sent them an email straight away and they called me to ask what happend. Told them and they were very quick in sending me a voucher as a refund and to re order and managed to get a pick up delivery next day for the parcel they sent by royal mail. Very happy with their service as it 10 days Eid was coming up. The brother I spoke to over the phone was very helpful and did call me straight away.

Quality Dress and Good Follow-Up
I placed an order with Filhaal UK with local delivery. Initially, I had some trouble reaching them via email, but they eventually contacted me via text to update me on my order after 5 days. They explained they had been experiencing technical issues and advised that texting or calling is the best way to get in touch.
I have now received my order and I’m really happy with the dress—the quality is great. I appreciate them following up and ensuring my order was delivered. A little more communication earlier would have made the experience smoother but overall, I’m satisfied with my purchase Thank you :)
