Absolute scam. Do not purchase from this company. Professional looking website but it’s all fake. I ordered a $200 wool jacket. It was poorly made out of some fake fabric - definitely not wool. The jacket is not properly sewn and does not button properly. The material is stretched out and doesn’t lay properly. I immediately requested to return the jacket for a full refund after I tried it on. Despite the website saying that refunds are permitted if tags are attached and the request is made within 5 days of receipt of the purchase. They have avoided my request for refund and said they would allow for an exchange. I gave up trying to get the refund and finally tried to exchange the jacket for another of the same size. There is no phone number to talk with customer service and to date (over a month later) they refuse to respond to my email requesting the correct address to return the jacket.

I ordered the War Doctor leather jacket, the images looked fairly good but communicating with them was like pulling teeth through the entire process. Their customer service is terrible. After a few days one of the buttons popped off, then upon closer examination all of the buttons are poorly attached. They wouldn't respond to any of my emails. It also seems that real reviews never get posted on their sight, only favorable ones. Ended up paying a local tailor to put new buttons on it. The quality of the received item ends up being far below what one would expect for the prices they charge.

I was looking for a Toronto Maple Leafs satin jacket and found exactly what I wanted. The jacket fits well and feels like good quality. Customer service was also very helpful.

Filmsjackets are a real and trustworthy site, but make sure to check the sizing. Choosing a custom size is the best idea! They reply to emails quickly and have very good customer service. The jacket is high quality and well made. It looks just like the pictures on the website. Shipping takes some time, but it’s worth the wait. I highly recommend them and will probably buy again.

I ordered a coat and got the confirmation. Then was told it was stuck in the shopping cart and hadn’t gone through so I was asked to order another. So I did. I was charged twice for two coats, both of which came. I accidentally ordered the wrong size so I emailed and asked if I could return one coat and exchange the other for a larger size. I got an email saying they look into it and then nothing for weeks. When I emailed again and just asked politely for an update, all I got was a quick 2 sentences to refer to the return policy and that there would be no refunds or exchanges.It feels like a scam since I was tricked into buying a second coat and now they won’t be helpful. Do not use this company.

I am trying to return a jacket since 22.11.24 - with the first two mails, they didnt reply - then they kept asking for the "why" oder offered a redo instead of just giving me the "hassle free return" informations, as they plead on their website. Will never buy from here again.

The quality of my jacket is poor. This seems unusual for films jackets - however their customer service is appalling.

The jacket arrived late, just after I'd gone on a 3 week trip which I can prove. They won't acknowledge the issues with the jacket because of the 30 day returns window. It's cheap material, poor quality stitching, it arrived stained. I'm so disappointed that I hate it - and I'm fighting to be heard by customer service, who won't even comment further than "30 day terms have been exceeded"

Filmsjackets made me a custom-sized Uncle Fester coat that was perfect for my costume. Customer service reached out to me with further questions to ensure a proper fit. The final coat arrived on time and the quality was stellar. I am so impressed and will definitely do business with them again.

I apologize for not doing this sooner, it's 2024 but almost 2 years ago in Dec 2022 I bought a Leather jacket based on the Marvel Ghost Rider Robbie Reyes from Agents of Shield and it was absolutely flawless, it was $150 real leather, it still looks amazing, it's the best strong quality, it's still like new and I've worn it for 2 winters in South Dakota, I did spray a waterproofing spray on it tho just to be safe to preserve the leather, their communication was great, I emailed them asked about when itll ship he told me about a week and I recieved it in a very timely manner, I was and still am so thankful for this company, it was like a dream come true, I definitely plan on buying more jackets as soon as I can, thank you so much Flimsjackets.com

FYI: If you read on the website it does say that they hand make these jackets TO ORDER in Pakistan so yes it will say in stock but they still have to hand make the jacket which yes it takes a little time, I personally appriciate all the hard work yall do cause it makes it so much more meaningful! I love my jacket and love this company!

The product was horrible. Cheaply made with an iron on patch. Was not at all as described. Communication with the company was equally bad. They refuse to give refunds or returns. Once I stated that I wanted to return the jacket for a refund, all Communication stopped. (((DO NOT BUY FROM THEM))). I should have read reviews.

Terrible experience with this company. The lack of communication resulted in my order being lost. I placed my order and received a confirmation. After that, there was nothing.
My order was shipped and I was not notified. I reached out after several weeks of waiting, to learn that my package had been shipped. I never recieved the order.
The communication to resolve the issue has been terrible; they don't follow through. The only option is a replacement but through the same carrier, which I was uncomfortable with. I would not recommend this company.

Filmsjackets is legit, but be mindful of sizing. Custom size is the best bet! They respond quickly to emails and great customer service. The product itself is very good quality and well made! Looks exactly like the images on the site. Takes time to arrive but worth the wait, I highly recommend and will likely buy from them again.

This is an update to my last review. My jacket came and it was great. I did notice a tear in 2 places. I was pretty sad and I took some photos and sent them to FilmJackets. I then took the jacket to a leather shop in my neighborhood. The person there said that this was a high quality jacket made from good material. I came home and Film Jackets had written me back and offered me another jacket. I'm honestly blown away by the accountability of FJ. I can't think of a better experience with a business. This is a great company that is responsive to customers and as confirmed by my neighborhood leather shop, creates and sells quality products.

ordered the jacket from the 2009 movie ninja. it's basically the same jacket used by the same actor in another movie they were selling, just in a different color palette. the jacket itself is of excellent quality. as i just got it today, i can't comment on durability. it looks and feels very good. the colors didn't match exactly, but it was a custom order with just a photo or two describing the colors...i didn't send them any actual swatches to color match as if that would be reasonable at this price anyway. the colors were good enough. strangely, and this seems a trend on clothing items ordered from overseas, not just for them, the zipper was on the wrong side, like a woman's jacket instead of a man's. delivery was very late. had to message them a week after it should have been delivered. the sales email which it says to contact for customer service was unresponsive. you should probably contact filmsjackets at gmail dot com for service until they straighten that out. at least that's what i did. i never got shipment tracking info. i feel the jacket for the price was worth the wait. the four stars are all the jacket. if the customer service, including proper communication including the promised shipment tracking information was done this would have been a 5-star review. since it's shipping from almost exactly the other side of the world, they should probably quote a more realistic shipment time. specifically, it took about a month to get here instead of "10-15 days". i will certainly order from them again, but with adjusted expectations.

Product not as described as shown on the website. Not delivered in a timely manner. (Was late) Shipped from overseas, not USA, and then charged for shipping, duty and taxes.
Should have never dealt with these guys!

This is a great website, but they poorly executed. Not much in the way of letting you know if it shipped to me. Unless you login to the website or email them. They let you know, eventually. Took slightly longer to ship, cause they operate in Texas. I'm in the UK. But, other than this. I loved the jacket! Amazing!! Trust the process?

I ordered a Silent Bob jacket that was hard to get in the primary markets. They had a fast turn around and the item is top quality. It made it in plenty of time for Halloween.

Michael Jackson jacket the jacket was good. But the customer service could be better.

Overall the quality of the Vest isn’t cheap, they did respected a lot of the alterations I asked for. There is some inaccuracies from the reference picture I sent. Which leads me to the negative. Their customer service wasn’t very good, they did respect my request but were not very friendly and at times wouldn’t communicate well. The flaw with the product itself is that the bottoms of the vest should be a little longer but that’s fine. The quality is good, it’s the best version of the product that I wanted, I would recommend. but their communication could improve aswell as their overall costumer service.
