As a first time buyer the whole process of buying your perfect home is daunting to say the least. Without the help and guidance of Garry Smith i would have given up a long time ago.

I have been using FAC for a few years now when sorting a mortgage and life insurance. I have recently moved house and for a number of reasons it took quite a few months to complete. Kia was great throughout the period, always on top of things and making sure I was getting the best deal and she explained the technical details of the mortgage clearly and simply (which I needed). She also managed to sort my life and critical illness cover. I will be contacting her again when my mortgage is up for renewal.

Garry had been patient and supportive throughout the whole process as we were older clients and needed to have things explained to make informed decisions - He has found us a brilliant deal tailored to our needs at this time in life and to help our children in the process - which was our dream and wish .
