I had to cancel my hotel room through ill health and provided the appropriate notice to do so. I am still waiting for the appropriate refund over 4 months later after many telephone and email contact to address the situation.

Clear and concise from the outset. I have used other companies prior to finding Find A Golf Break, and while they were good, they felt very pushy and like they wanted to make the deal rather than find what fit you and your group best. I never felt that with Find A Golf Break at any point, it felt like an interaction of old, which I cannot express, how nice that was in this day and age. A service for the customer. Who’d have thought!? The team went above and beyond to find the right fit for our group, sending out itineraries along the way, a really well run experience from top to bottom. The team seemed to know everything about all the courses they had an offer which helped make me feel like the decisions were the right ones, and when we got on the trip, they were.

Kept in touch and obtained tee times that we requested

They listened to what we needed as a group of 6, and they sorted the booking, tee times, buggies and the type of rooms we needed. Nothing was too much trouble, they kept in touch at every step of the way and will definitely be using them again .

We had never booked a golfing holiday before with anyone and after doing a little research decided to take a chance with FindaGolfBreak and we are so glad we did. They were excellent throughout and Brad in particular was always on it. For the week in Spain the flights, the airport transfers, hotel and 4 golf games that we wanted to play were all taken care of by them at a very reasonable cost and everything was made easy by their app which had all the details to refer to. Katherine also followed up to check everything had gone smoothly. We were very impressed with the level of service and attention to detail and would highly recommend. We will certainly be using them again.

The booking process for our 10 day break was straightforward. The transfers to and from the airport and to and from the golf courses worked well. I called Brad on the first day of the trip to Vilamoura and my query was answered clearly and immediately.
All 4 buggy bookings were fine and I was impressed that the courses knew I would be accompanied by my non-playing wife each time.

5 star break to Algarve. Organisation was first class from first contact to arriving back home. All airport transfers and golf taxis were on time and drivers courteous. Hotel was excellent. Courses Morgado and Salgados were great. All in all, highly recommended and great service.

We have been using FaGB for over 5 years now and their service is first class and quotes very reasonable for booking the whole lot, hotel, golf, flights and transfers. As so often happens people drop out for one reason or another but Jed , Simon and the team jst get on with it without any fuss. I have been organising golf trips for over 30 years and no company come close to thier level of service.

Just back from our fourth golfing trip away with Find a Golf Break. To be frank, if you want a perfectly organised, seamless, hugely enjoyable experience, these are the people for you. Used them across multiple countries and they just can't be faulted. Perfect.

Everything was sorted perfectly for a great golf holiday in Morroco. The personal touches mattered from Brad and Katherine who both went out of their way to ensure that we got a great time at great value. This company shows that the customer experience matters and they fully deliver, I will definitely use their services again.

Nothing too much trouble for them. We had a few changes in the run up to our Sunday Driver, but nothing seemed to phase them and they went out of their way to make the event happen.
