If I could give higher than five start I would! Customer Service and speed was second to none, they were so patient exchanging my ring when I kept getting the size wrong, and helped ensure I had the right size. Plus the ring is absolutely gorgeous. Would totally recommend and will definitely be buying from them again!

I was especially grateful to their customer service team who responded quickly to my queries, sorted out my customs issue and how to exchange my ring for a smaller size when it was too big on arrival. Having previously ordered from tranquility I ordered another ring for a friend. Unfortunately it got lost in the post but they sent me another one very quickly which arrived quickly and is beautiful! Great customer service and beautiful products 😄

I would have liked if the card with the meaning of the ring came with it, as it is a gift for someone and I would have liked for them to know what the ring stood for

Not yet received product and neither has my sister who ordered before me 🙈. Disappointed as products are pretty.

Still awaiting delivery of my ring, limited contact on when to expect delivery as the standard delivery time says 2-5 days and then finally received an email saying it would be delivered Saturday and still no sign of my ring. Such as shame as I’ve been very excited to make this purchase and disappointed with customer care

Ordered ring over 2 weeks ago and has not yet been delivered . No update and cannot be tracked

Have to say a wonderful service . My mistake I purchased the brave ring for our daughter who has had a blip in life . I mistakenly ordered the wrong size . I hate returning anything I buy online but this was surprisingly so easy with Tranquility.. a big Thankyou our wonderful daughter loves her brave ring and also her ‘I am loved” free ring Thankyou ! Very speedy delivery having to return to change size as the ring is too big but the quality is superb and I can’t wait to get the replacement the paperwork sent with the ring is really good making returns/exchange very easy thank you will be ordering again in the future love the product
