My first purchase from Fine Linens was placed by phone with a very personable gentleman, and my most recent purchase was transacted online. In both cases, the process was straightforward and the merchandise was delivered within a relatively short time period. Although I was focused on products from a particular manufacturer, Fine Linens offers a wide array of merchandise and I expect to explore other options in the future.

I love the bamboo towels I bought! I will say the "nude" color I chose turns out to be more of a light pink in person. Not a big deal but in the picture on-line the color looked more sand than pink. So just something to note.
The towels are soft, lightweight, and very absorbent. Just what I wanted. I like the size of the towels as well. I bought 4 towels and 2 hand towels. Hand towels are a bit large but again not a big deal. Overall very happy with my purchase. Would buy these towels again for myself and as gifts.

What a great company
What a great company! Wonderful customer service. During shipping, something must have spilled on the package. I contacted Fine Linens and Dave responded immediately and sent out a replacement. He was so kind and understanding. Not only are their products beautiful and competitively priced, there service is just as high quality.

I am pleased with the quality of the bath rug I bought. Good size, good thickness and design. I was a little surprised in that it was darker than I expected and a little more blue in the gray. I know it was described as "steel" so perhaps that explains the blue tinge. However, on the whole, I am very happy with this purchase.
