I was supplied with a faulty panel and when I reported this I was told that I should buy another one and then you would arrange a collection.Why I should have to pay again for a faulty product baffles me! Terrible service

Great customer service
Bought from them before so when I needed to install new smoke alarms, I knew where to go and I wasn't disappointed on this occasion, either!
I bought a wireless set of alarms but got a call from Paul not long after to confirm I'd made the correct order - good job he did as they were correct and I had ordered the wrong type of alarms!
Paul quoted me the difference for the correct alarms, which wasn't the cheapest if you go to other online stores but it wasn't the most expensive either.
My alarms were packed and dispatched almost immediately and I received them the next day by DX Express who kept me updated as to when they would be arriving.
The product was good quality and installed very easily so would definitely recommend the company.
