Firewood Shed Avis

The pallet arrived promptly, and was reasonably well packed, without any large voids within it. The wood was all genuinely dry (unlike that of some other suppliers) and mixed sizes which helps with starting a fire and getting it to last without constant refuelling. Also the pallet it comes in is all untreated timber, and with the exception of the base, easy to take apart and turn into kindling.
No complaints.

First of all I managed to place an order with the Firewood rather than my local log supplier. So that was my fault! When I realised my mistake I rang the company but there was no answering machine and mostly the phone either just rang or I was told it was the wrong number. Then I emailed the company but got no reply! Then I managed to contact the haulage company and asked them to call me before delivery as our drive and lane is very small. I wanted delivery in a lorry/van that would get up the drive. They didn't call before delivery but simply turned up. Of course the lorry was too big as I suspected it would be. They had to leave the pallet in the lane and I then had to transport all the logs 200 yards which involved several trips in the car! never again! In future its a great idea to respond to customers tel calls and emails.

Excellent service, quality product, would definitely use Firewood Shed services again.

Haven't received my order and tracking not connecting

Product is great, ordering easy, but spoilt by delay and uncertainty of delivery time from palletforce. Tracking number provided proved useless. Other companies I have used provide a delivery date at time of order.

Excellent efficient service with top quality products, delivery was perfect of large crate of wood, the wood is excellent quality very pleased

Good quality logs . Fast delivery

Haven’t received anything yet

Beautifully dry, well stacked logs. Rather a shame that they were delivered to the wrong house even after I corrected the delivery company…. But that’s their fault not Firewood shed.

Simple buying process. Delivery slightly late but an harassed driver bringing his 32 ton vehicle to places it wasn't comfortable in was easily forgiven. He put the crate exactly where I wanted it.
Wood looks good but haven't burnt any yet.

I was a little worried about ordering because they were so much cheaper than everyone else but the service and the product were excellent. I shall be using them again.

Good communication, excellent quality product… will definitely use again!

Very good service and a very polite and courteous delivery man

Good value, the delivery was arranged by Palletforce to suit me, delivered on a pallet truck and placed exactly where I wanted them. Excellent.

Minor issue with delivery but was sorted promptly. Great ash logs; light and burn well.

Excellent product, price and delivery

Easy to order, good price, quick delivery and great logs. My second delivery from this company and will definitely use again.

Great service Fast delivery. Friendly Dfiver. Excdlleng logs. Cant ask for anything more, well, maybe Buy One Get One Free would be better but thats just wishful thinking! :-)
