The service was excellent. Very helpful Palletforce driver put pallet exactly where I wanted it on my driveway.

My 1st order with Firewood Shed last year was excellent. Good quality product, delivered promptly
I made my 2nd order in January. As before, I received emails confirming my order & tracking details for Palletforce. The tracking number wasn’t recognised!
I emailed Firewood Shed, who replied saying that the large pallet had been ‘lost’ in the Palletforce depot!
They said this was the last pallet of Beech, so offered to send an alternative, which I agreed to
I so far haven’t received any further communication from them & my emails asking when I can expect delivery have been ignored…….

Excellent website. Lots of choices. Competitive prices. Speedy delivery by a very helpful driver. RUF blocks were well wrapped and dry on arrival.

Parcelforce however; rather poor. Their tracking system doesn’t work, asks for details that aren’t supplied and keeps saying, no trace of order 🙄
Consequently, I became anxious the order wouldn’t arrive. It was delivered without warning while I was out and I would have preferred it placed in a different part of the driveway. Minor criticism though, to be fair 😊

From ordering to delivery the service was brilliant. I ordered a large crate and we are delighted with the wood which was a mixed crate...it was a good price too by comparison to others. Thank you Fire Wood Shed.

Logs are good quality with a clean burn. I would have liked them to be bigger as small ones burn quicker. Delivery was quick and courier very helpful.

Placed the order & heard nothing at all!
Emails ignored & telephone messages not answered!
I started to think about a scam but determined to get an answer.
Last pallet available damaged added to my frustration!
Notified of despatch but the reference numbers were not recognised by Palletforce!
Contacted them with little satisfaction!
Back to Firewood Shed for more information & passed on, whereby dates started to be given.
Chased local haulier for a date & “success”!

Great product well packaged.

Product appears to be very good and well stacked on the pallet, protected by a good covering of polythene sheeting.
However I received a call from the delivery company, pallet force, advising delivery between 08.00hrs and 17.00hrs,quite a big window of time to wait around for the delivery.
I called pallet force and queried the delivery time, the administrator was very helpful and advised that it would be late in the afternoon,a wasted morning!
The delivery driver was very good and called me to advise that they were on their way.
I had prepared the access to the area that I wanted the pallet placed and was advised that delivery was kerbside only,it was kindly delivered to my requested area.
I am concerned that should I order from you again that the delivery will be kerbside, I ordered this product as it was on a pallet and could be neatly and safely stored.
