Fast delivery and roomy first aid bumbag
Fast delivery (despite it being ordered 22nd Dec, i.e.: over the Christmas holidays). The first aid bum bag is waterproof and has ample room for the supplies plus a mobile phone, so very useful.

To be honest I wasn’t expecting much as I thought the website might’ve been a scam. I was so pleasantly surprised when it turned out it was just a website offering excellent service at a good price. Really quick delivery also. Cannot fault it at all.

Service with FA4L was brilliant as ever…
Service with FA4L was brilliant as ever and the order was put out for delivery in superfast time. I've never had a single error or substitution on an order from them which is amazing.
My only slight grumble is with DHL NOT the company. As couple of orders have been slated for next dqy but then DHL have messaged to claim a delay, but tracking shows they have the package so none of this is on FA4L
Great company - need better last mile delivery company.

The John Lewis of first aid
An excellent range of products very competitively priced; would particularly recommend the Basic Trauma Upgrade set as a cost-effective solution for preparing for “black swan” events.
Superb customer service as well - some of my order went astray in the bowels of Royal Mail, but replacement materials were sent out without quibble. It’s nice to deal with a helpline staffed in house by a specialist retailer.

The Cryo cuff power cooler for knee for an accelerated recovery : help to ease pain and reduce inflammation .
The Cryo cuff power cooler for knee is exactly as advertised.
They are game changers in post surgery rehab.
There was a small difficulty with the powe supply to pump which was replaced by return and now functionning superbly.
It did not stop us from using it by gravity in the interim phase as a separate id is provided in the kit.
I would highly recommend this product and its suppliers for people who are looking to help manage a positive outcome to their recovery time.
