Both bus drivers were professional and considerate of timing. We did run a little over at the end of the night but they were very understanding and waited for all my guests to get on the buses. It was a great experience to end my wedding night.

Grossly Incompetent that we…
They have a charter service that we have been trying to hire for 3 weeks now. We initially contacted them on the 23 rd of Feb. for my daughters wedding guest. They gave us a contract that we signed and stated we would receive confirmation in 3-5 business days. 5 days passed and we attempted to contact them again only to get no one to answer the phone and asking to leave your number for next available agent to call you. Took them 4 days to return that call which when pointed out you get the indifferent "apology" from them. They stated whoever took our request was no longer with the company and entered the information in the "old system" and they had no record of our request. We started the process again signed their contract and were told 3-5 business days for confirmation. Its now 7 business days and again no one answers the phone or has yet to return our calls. This place is probably the most disorganized goat rope of a company employing the most incompetent group of people i have ever encountered. DO NOT use this company if you have an important event you will likely find yourself extremely annoyed.
