Bus did not stick to the schedule. A few guests said the bus driver was rude.

Kind and efficient!
The bus drivers were kind, efficient, and accommodating, and the staff who set up the buses are so so helpful! First Student helped our guests have an amazing time at our wedding, knowing they'd get home safe!

Excellent Service!
The shuttle bus service was perfect for what we needed for our wedding guests to get to and from the hotel and wedding venue safely! The team was informative and communicative and more than willing to make two return trips to the hotel to accomodate all our guests needs. They reached out to confirm details ahead of the event to ensure everything would turn out as expected. As the bride, it was so nice to not have to worry about the shuttle on my big day. The team had contact info for one of my guests and worked with them to coordinate the shuttle service the day of. Absolutely would use their services again!
