Scheduling was made very easy. The office was very responsive.
The bus showed up in time and the driver was wonderful. He was very patient with the children and helped us unloading the bags we had after the trip.

100% reliable!
Many parents have used this service in Summit, so I felt confident with my selection for the semi-formal dance. I was so happy I did! They were incredibly easy to book, great follow-up, 100% reliable and inexpensive. And the driver was excellent. I highly recommend their service.

We have nothing but nice things to say about First Charter service from our first inquiry to our final drop off. Getting a quote was quick and efficient as was the entire booking process. Used them to shuttle guests to and from a wedding rehearsal dinner. Great service!
