Good driver, Safe transport. Expensive. 20 minute bus ride cost more than food and games for 35 at venue taken to.

Also with the coronavirus pandemic taking over, her and her staff have been very accommodating with keeping the buses very clean! Highly recommend !

You did not send the handicap bus we reserved causing a huge issue.
The bus was not a handicap bus that we had confirmed, reserved and paid for and is shown on our contract, receipt and quote. We have two students that are in a wheelchair. Since we did not have time to wait on another bus, we had to scramble to find other arrangements for those 2 students. I asked at that time if an adjustment would be made on our charges due to this very large mistake (parents were VERY angry) and was told there would be a credit. I have called and not heard back from First Student. We have another field trip next Friday and have booked First Student. If I have not heard from First Student by tomorrow, I will not be utilizing First Student ever again.We are a special needs school and absolutely must have this bus to transport our students. On a positive note, the driver was wonderful, kind, and did a great job.

The bus driver Charlie was a 5 star.
The bus driver Charlie was a 5 star.
The reservation experience was the 3 star as our pickup from Jacksonville airport was an hour late. I had to call to have the bus dispatched incurring long distance charges. 28 people were left waiting.

No Show
Our bus was supposed to arrive at 6:45am, so my girls could get to their cheer competition. We had to transport all of the girls ourselves, and the bus didn’t come until after 8am.
