I've used first charter for years. I had a recent bad experience with them (no show for a wedding). I decided to give them another shot. I'm so glad I did. Don was professional and friendly and kint!
We purchased 3 buses for our field trip for a 148 people and only two buses showed up. No one called to tell us ahead of time, no one offered to sent another bus.

Keep it simple
We are a school and the teachers make their own plans for field trips. The process is too complicated for schools. We used be able to call Hodgkins directly to set up buses and dates. They would bill us after the trip including parking and tolls.
