Bus was great! Arrived on time for the pick ups and drop offs for our wedding and the driver was very friendly. Everything went smoothly and I think people enjoyed getting to ride in a school bus.

Friendly, timely, and efficient!

We booked a bus for our wedding on 9-18-2021, in Hampstead, NH. Booking with First Student Charter was so easy! Everyone was knowledgeable and patient, and helped to make sure that transporting wedding guests to and from the hotel to the venue was a breeze! I lost count of how many other transportation vendors I spoke to before them and they were either booked, or not helpful. I should have called First Charter first! The bus driver was so lovely and all of the guests couldn’t stop talking about what a great experience it was to be riding with her. We will definitely be booking them again for large gatherings and recommending them to EVERYONE! Thank you!!!

First Student was great to work with for our wedding shuttle. Booking was quick and easy as well as adding an additional bus. Day of assistance was phenomenally friendly and helpful. We even had a guest leave their phone on the bus and the driver immediately texted me to let me know they were driving back to the hotel to drop off. I highly recommend them for use for any event needs.

Drivers were friendly and patient with our wedding guests! Drivers and company were easy to work with! I would definitely recommend to a friend!

The drivers we had were unbelievable and made sure that everyone got to where they needed to be at the right times.
For our wedding they stayed longer than necessary to wait for us while we had to wrap up a couple extra things at the venue.

The booking process took a lot longer than expected. Never could get a hold of a customer service representative, days to get a call back, and took over a week of me trying to call and book/confirm the school bus. It was explained to me that they are extremely short staffed (which is understandable at this time). If you’re trying to book, have patience :)

Our bus drivers were kind and courteous to our wedding guests. They were on time for all of our back and forth transportation needs from the hotel to the wedding venue. The company was great to work with and very efficient in getting everything just right. I’d highly recommend using this company!!!

2 stars- I had reached out to the company a week ago, and no resolution or explanation has been provided, so here I am writing my honest review for now.
My husband and I rented one school bus to take our wedding guests to and from our hotel to the venue. We had one bus that was responsible for two shuttles before the ceremony and then two shuttles near the end of the reception.
The first shuttle was fine, the problem is with the second shuttle. Guests got on the bus and were taken to the WRONG venue. Luckily some of the guests on the bus knew what the venue looked like. When guests asked the driver to take them to the correct venue the driver said all that they could do for them is bring them back to the hotel…are you kidding me!?
With some convincing from my guests, the driver eventually agreed and brought them to the right venue. They arrived right before the ceremony started, however we wouldn’t have started without them.
The drivers have a schedule to follow and directions to the venue, so how did this happen?
How hard is it for a driver to also make sure that the people getting on the bus are headed to a certain venue? Simple fix we be for drivers to have signs that say the venue’s name.
This information was shared with me (the bride) by the end of the night by a few guests that this happened to.
2 stars because guests got to the venue, however with convincing required. We payed ~$600-700 for this…
I cannot recommend this service to anyone at this time due to our experience.
Maybe there is a piece of the puzzle I am missing. I asked to hear the drivers side and no one has reached back out to me since I verbalized my complaint on the phone. The only call I received was someone writing out my complaint. No follow up after that.

Honestly they did fantastic. We did not have many people going back and forth between the hotels and venue so they had to sit around for a while. When driving everyone one sayed they felt safe. They were very friendly. Would absolutely recommend them.

The bus didn't show up for the event and our venue coordinator had to call a personal cell number of someone at the company to be able to reach anyone.

As the bride I personally did not experience your shuttle service however when we asked our guests they had nothing but positive words! Here are some of the things they said: “She was right on time and was super friendly!” “10/10 Debbie was great!”

Ruined my wedding. Charged me in full 4 days before the event and then they never showed up. Did not answer or return any calls on all phone numbers including the emergency phone number given. Left guests stranded. Do not ever use this company.

Everything was fantastic. Drivers were fabulous.

I was provided with three phone numbers to call for day of changes and even emergencies, I called each number six times and left a message twice. No one answered or returned my call, it was MY wedding day and I Had to call to delay the pick up time and no one answered I had to ask a guest to relay the info to the bus driver. To which the feedback was that the driver was not very responsive to the information. Maybe if the event is of wedding importance a working phone number could be provided. Otherwise no other issues were found. The ride itself was pleasant and the driver was friendly.
