The driver is great, the dispatch is great. Cant say that about the contract folks they where hard to reach and long to follow up. You all need to refine your sales process. Operationally 100%

Reliable Wedding Transportation
I used First Student Charter for my wedding and it was a relief to know my guests had safe and reliable transportation to/from the venue. As I did not personally ride the bus, I asked a guest her opinion and got this response: "Driver was very friendly. She took an easy route and was very knowledgeable of the area. 10/10 would recommend".

The driver is awsome

Our driver came dressed for the role…
Our driver came dressed for the role and adjusted as needed for us. It made our wedding shuttle experience wonderful and we were able to relax and enjoy our day.

Bus Review
We used First Charter for wedding guest transportation. While we didn't ride the bus ourselves, our guests were very pleased. They reported friendly drivers who were interactive and fun, but still professional. They were incredibly prompt and had no issues finding the venue or hotels.

Great Wedding Shuttle!
It was so great to work with your company! We knew we needed a shuttle bus to help us create the best backyard wedding possible, but it was so great to hear from both the company and the individual driver prior to our actual wedding day. Our guests all arrive safely and were taken back to the hotel right on time. Thank you so much for making our wedding day even better!

good luck trying to get ahold of someone it took me 7 days and 45 phone calls. I could say a lot more but i’m just going to leave it at that.
