I used First Charter Bus Rental for our summer camp's last day trip to Old Orchard Beach in Maine. The driver was on time, and got us to our location in a timely manner. On our ride home Mike was awesome with making the best decisions to get us back through rush hour traffic and still managed to get us back in a respectable time. It was a great and smooth ride. Timothy Cosseboom and the ten (10) bus drivers who provided transportation to the Town of Weymouth's 3rd of July Celebration were absolutely amazing. We cannot say enough about how professional and helpful Timothy Cosseboom was during the entire event.

These buses were among the best charter buses I have ever hired for a field trip. The staff were attentive, supportive and communicative to our teachers and students. The buses were on time, maintained clear communication about time of arrival and were punctual and patient when students were late to the bus at the end of the day. We will definitely request buses from First Student again.

We took a trip from central Boston to Gloucester, MA and back. The pickup in the morning was on time, the driver friendly and careful.
Although we were billed for 9 consecutive hours, the driver left for another trip. At afternoon pickup, she was 30 minutes late, not her fault - she was just overbooked. So we have to question if the bill for 9 hours is correct, but we will discuss that with First Student Charter.

I was late trying to book a bus and everyone I spoke to was clear about what I could expect and very helpful. All calls were returned and all questions answered clearly. The driver was excellent- knew her route and was on time for every meeting.

What a great experience my group had. Our driver was THE BEST. She was on time, very communicative and hilarious. She was a rockstar. The bus was clean and in great working condition. I will definitely be contacting First Charter Bus Rental again.

Took forever to get ahold of someone, but was easy to set up once I got through. Bus driver accidentally drove 40 minutes the wrong way on the way home before one of the teachers mentioned they were going the wrong way.

We used First Student buses as shuttles for our wedding. Communication with the team at First Student was excellent and then buses arrived on time. The whole process was very easy. Thank you!
