Just a quick thanks to the lovely Charlotte, she picked up my installation half way through as the other person left the company.
Charlotte was very helpful and always a pleasure to deal with,she thought out of the box to check our system before cutting off the analog line saving us from what could have been a disaster.

After numerous issues with our broadband, an engineer was sent to the site straight away. The engineer who attended, Warren, was extremely helpful and accommodating. I would definitely ask for him again in future.

We had Warren come out to us due to some internet issues we were having on site and he did an outstanding job in rewiring our server cupboard which had become a disaster and also managed to improve our Wi-Fi and extend it's signal capacity around the entire building and warehouse too. Can't thank him enough

Warren was very efficient and explained everything to me as he was investigating the issue we were experiencing ,
it didn't take him long to find the problem.

We already had so called fast fibre broadband except the last bit was still in copper. Then there was a fault and Open Reach refused to repair it!
So the company was without phones or broadband. I called Jordan and Leah in sales and told them our problem as Telsis/Firstcom had already supplied our previous 2 systems and broadband. We upgraded to full fibre and a new phone system. Firstly an Engineer came out and installed a 4g router so that we had broadband while the new fibre broadband was installed. We now have a new fully working phone system and fibre broadband. I must say the Engineers that came out and dealt with our problems were a credit to their company (Callam, Derek and Carly) As for Jordan and Leah who I have dealt with for many years, still enthusiastic, professional and capable as always!
