Carly kept me updated throughout the process and made what could have been a stressful situation much easier to deal with.
I’d also like to mention Will and Joe for all their help with the technical issues we encountered. Their knowledge, patience and support were greatly appreciated, and together the team provided an excellent level of customer service from start to finish.

The communication leading up to the installation of the Wi-Fi access points across our entire factory, both internally and externally, was excellent. This upgrade has successfully provided Northpoint with reliable connectivity to our devices throughout the entire premises.
The engineers conducted themselves professionally and worked in an unobtrusive manner while on site. All RAMS documentation was submitted in a timely and appropriate manner.
Overall, this was a flawless project, and the company proved to be an excellent choice for carrying out the requested works.

From start to finish the whole process was seamless. Carly in the office kept us up to date with each step and process. Callum the engineer was extremely helpful and went through the whole phone system showing us how to update and and make changes if we need to.
Callum even boxed up the old system and left the work space clean and tidy.
I would definitely recommend Firstcom Europe.

We were rather apprehensive about having to move our old phones to a new VoiP system but can honestly say the staff at FirstCom have been brilliant. Especially Callum who has been very helpful & extemely patient with us today whilst explaining how it all works.
I must also thank John who was the first contact we had with FirstCom, for the support when we were having problems with our previous provider and Bethany who made sure everything was in place for the move.
As a school we would certainly recommend this company for anyone needing to move on to the new internet based phone systems. Thanks again to you all.

We had just had a broadband upgrade to fibre involving a new line. Carly organised everything from Openreach to Joe the Engineer calling. Service was first class from both. Even arranging for a new port switch to be delivered overnight. Really impressed with the service we received.

We’ve been with Firstcom since 2019, when we initially upgraded our old Samsung telephony system to an NEC onsite solution. More recently, we’ve moved over to their cloud-based system on a leased line, and once again the experience has been excellent from start to finish.
On both occasions, Nigel and his engineering team have been fantastic—professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the installation, configuration, and staff training. They made what could have been a complex transition feel smooth and straightforward.
From the very beginning, John provided a competitive quote and took the time to ensure we were getting the right solution for our needs. Our project manager Carly was equally impressive, keeping everything well-organised and guiding us clearly through each stage of the process.
Overall, we’ve felt very well looked after as a customer. The level of service, communication, and support has been consistently high, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Firstcom to other businesses looking for a reliable telecoms partner.

I had a great experience with Firstcom Europe. The team were really helpful and kept me updated throughout the process. Everything was handled quickly and professionally, and nothing was too much trouble. Charlotte the provision co-ordinator was extremely understanding to our needs also.
A special thank you to Jim Dutton who managed the procurement side of the new contract was very knowledgeable as well as Domonic.
The site engineers that came to site - Joe & George - both were friendly and made the whole thing really straightforward.
Their customer service was excellent.
Would definitely recommend Firstcom Europe based on the support I received- we now have a better phone system and are paying over £1200 less over the 3 years.
