Disappointed
I looked up matts and found first matts website looked good and decided to have 2 matts custom made. The matts are not made in the UK which is a shame the matts arrived look good had the correct measurements printed on the reverse but not made to these measurements. I emailed first matts and they made some more foc when these arrived one was correct the other still wrong again with the correct measurements on the reverse but will work with the space required emailed again but no reply disappointed the matts have been made wrong TWICE and no reply to my email this time not good for the money they cost!

Regarding the measurements, we want to ensure our customers are aware that because our mats are custom-manufactured, they are subject to a standard industry manufacturing tolerance of +/- 2%. While we aim for absolute precision, this small variance is a natural part of the production process for these materials. We are pleased to hear that the most recent set is working for your space, but we understand the disappointment when expectations aren't perfectly met on the first try.
We also would like to sincerely apologize for the delay in our recent correspondence. The team member you were previously in contact with was away on annual leave, which unfortunately led to a gap in our communication. Please rest assured that this is not the level of service we strive to provide, and we are looking into our internal processes to ensure cover is always available for ongoing inquiries.
