Just what was needed
Quick to dispatch. Good quality product...fits exactly to specified and requested size. Being used as a jigsaw roll up mat! Packaging ...good. it was wrapped in plastic sheet to stop sticking or damage. Box was damaged , presumably in transit as it wouldn't have been sent like that but the mat was fine inside. First mats followed up with a check in email..nice touch. I would recommend the company!

Incorrect delivery and poor quality
The order was delivered incorrectly and had to make several follow ups for it to be corrected. Even after following the advise on how to ensure the mats lay flat they do not and there has been no further relies on my emails related to this given the curled edges are a trip hazard. The mats are not as described on the website

Regarding your delivery, our records show the order was placed on Saturday, February 7th. As we operate on a working-day schedule, your mats were dispatched on the following Monday and delivered on Tuesday. This 24-hour turnaround from dispatch is exactly as advertised, and we are pleased that the logistics met our standard timelines.
The Aquaprotect is a professional-grade mat featuring a durable nitrile rubber backing. Because these are high-quality, heavy-duty mats, they are shipped rolled to protect the pile. It is entirely normal for the rubber to require a short "settling" period to relax and lay completely flat after being unpacked. This is a standard physical property of nitrile rubber and not a defect; the material naturally conforms to the floor surface over a few days as it adjusts to the ambient temperature of the room.
We have sold thousands of these mats with great success, and we are confident that yours will settle into place as intended. We recommend ensuring the floor is clean and dry to allow the backing to grip and flatten effectively.

Size matters.
Needed a particlar size for our kitchen door mat and the option to specify the size needed was just what we needed! The mat works brilliantly, especially during the wettest Jan since the Ark was launched!

This is my third mat
This is my third mat. Great company to deal with first class delivery service. The mats are great quality. Good pick up. Easy to clean. One by the back door has been called on mud several times. After a clean looks like new, oh and dog proof.
