Poor
Sadly, this was not a positive experience and the largely positive reviews do not reflect my experience. Proofing process was slow, and production even slower (the order is more than a week late). Whats’s really galling is that First Mats didn’t seem to care, and repeated requests for an update were ignored. Would not recommend.

Great quality mat and service.
Door mat was made to measure, is excellent quality, soft to walk on and looks great. Service was fantastic, help and advice easy to access via a phone call.
I totally recommend this company.
