I ordered with a 5-7 day promise
I ordered with a 5-7 day promise - I really wanted 5 days but could deal with 7. With no tracking details on day 7 I chase an update to hear that there was a backlog. The team should have been on the front foot - delivering the bad news along with options.

Would not recommend
I was initially impressed with the service but after accepting the quote I’m regretting buying from First Mats. I paid in full 15 working days ago. I called last week and was told the printer had overheated and it would be dispatched Friday or Monday and a week later I still have no product and absolutely no communication. Would not recommend.

Excellent heavy grade mats.
I ordered two mats on-line and received delivery in 48 hrs.
Mats were excellent heavy grade material and unrolled completely flat to the floor.
Been down two weeks now and delighted with how effective they are.
Initially quite a strong rubber smell given off but gone now.

Good choice of items
Good choice of items. Mats are very absorbent and tough. I bought mine to fit the entrance of our caravan. Delivered exactly as promised. Well packed without being too excessive. Excellent all round.
