I asked for an am appointment; I rang myself on the day only to be told that it was going to be pm . If I hadn’t rung I would have been waiting all day .surely it’s up to you guys to ring and confirm the appointment also no explanation as to why it was switched to pm

Phone call received before engineer arrived. Engineer was was friendly and his work was efficient and everything was left tidy. He explained what he had done and gave feedback on his findings. I was completely satisfied with the service.

Efficient, polite and informative
The man who carried out the appointment was efficient, informative, polite and got the job done and provided appropriate advice in regards to possibly lookkng at a carbon monoxide alarm in the room where my boiler is.

I can't fault First Response 360
I can't fault First Response 360. From the phone call to book the boiler service, to turning up on time, to being time efficient, clean, tidy and sending an email with a break-down of the boiler service. I'd highly recommend.
