Rang fish to renew both wheelchair insurances and caller was extremely unhelpful making the call impossible
I have never experienced this level of disrespect and never made a complaint

Not sure despite have paid them for CPA…
Not sure despite have paid them for CPA insurance since 2018 whilst never claimed..now that my circumstances changed (retinal detachment surgery and wanted to get refunded within the 14days cooling off period , they haven't responded 😏😉

Was given a leaflet from Fish at the showroom
Bought a mobility scooter from mobility plus based at Worksop Nottinghamshire who gave me a leaflet from Fish insurance company easy to get a quote on line choose the one I wanted and went with them this my fourth scooter never had insurance before as my scooter always stays in boot Carole at the showroom mentioned liability which I never thought of before and the way the world is now and people make a claim for slightest thing so I’m sorted for a year and see how it goes

Good company overall, but the annual renewal phone call is a bind.
We use Fish Insurance to cover our Personal Assistants who support our son who suffers from autism.
I truly wish I didn't have to go through the long phone call every year to renew. If our circumstances haven't changed, then surely we don't need to answer the same questions every time?
Other insurances automatically renew without so much interaction, and being a carer means that time is not on my side.

You can simply renew by making payment via BACS or online using the details shown on your renewal documents, and your cover will continue.
