Fitculator Avis 

I subscribed for the 1.99$ program, about one month ago and then I saw that after 7 days I got billed with 28.99$ from my account and searching through their mails I see another mail with Salt and Pepper account, access to recipes etc but after 75 days they bill you with 10.99$. Ok, now I want to unsubscribe and I can't find any link, any account info or menu for unsubscribing!
Read carefully to what you subscribe to, I tried calling the international number (they have no email, no address, no nothing, just some phone numbers), but the call failed.
I had to block my credit card to get rid of this!

I saw their ad on Facebook and subscribed to the 7-day plan, they are going to debit my credit card with the full monthly subscription after 7 days. Why is there no option to unsubscribe on their site?

I subscribed for the 1.99 meal plan. Now I am billed for something called salt plus pepper and maddison no option to cancel via email and numbers provided to CALL does not work from South Africa

How am I supposed to cancel this if no way of cancellation is provided. I did not give permission for these other 2 subscriptions to be deducted

You have to contact customer service number and cancel . I paid 1.99 and couldn’t log in so I call them to cancel but I’ll be watching my account as well

Yo nunca recibí lo que pague, me inscribieron a otro tanto de paginas qwue me hicieron cobro automatico por mas de 500 pesos y no me responden los mensajes, tampoco se como cancelar mi suscripcion ya les envie correo y no responde. JAMÁS SE INSCRIBAN ES LO PEOR DEL MUNDO.

How do I unsubscribe? DID not sign up for any monthly plans.

Read the General Conditions carefully! You subscribe for a meal plan for $1.99 and you get 2 more subscriptions for $28.99 and $10.99 that are automatically charged from your credit card after the free period. There is no way to cancel it except by phone which they don't answer regularly. I wrote to
support at ketonefood . com and they still tried to tell me that the meal plan is not a subscription and to unsubscribe me from only 2 of their programs. They claimed that Fitculator is not a plan but in their General regulations it is written:

" I understand and acknowledge that in addition to receiving access to my digital “Fitculator” for which I agree to pay the initial fees of $1.99, I am additionally consenting to be billed $28.99 after seven (7) days of the purchase and then again every 30 days thereafter on the credit card provided to continue having access, unless I cancel the service prior to the subsequent billing. I am additionally signing up and consenting to be billed for the following membership programs: 30 day free membership trial to us.madisonfitnesslife.com. At the end of the free trial, I consent to be billed $28.99 every 30 days on the credit card provided to continue having access, unless I cancel the service prior to the next billing. I also consent to sign up for the 75 day free membership trial to us.saltpluspepper.com.mwap.mobi At the end of the free trial, I consent to be billed $10.99 every 30 days on the credit card provided to continue having access, unless I cancel the service prior to the next billing."

I bought a one time deal and they sent me a mail, what i have to pay after a month. How can i cancel it?

ALTHOUGH I RECEIVED MY ACCOUNT ACCESS INFO I WAS STILL NOT ABLE TO LOGIN. I DID IT OVER AND OVER AGAIN WITH NO SUCCESS. ILL DEFINITELY BE CANCELLING BEFORE THE 7 DAYS IS UP.

Not bad. For 1.99 it’s a decent plan. The membership starts after 7 days. It’s 29$ usd.
I got the emails with log in and contact info.
I’m only day 3. I’ll see how it goes.

It's not personalised plan, it's all scam! I answered the questions Im vegetarian but I got a standard plan with meat meals so I can't use it. I paid for nothing. I wish I was reading reviews before!

Terrible so expensive for what you actually get. I will be cancelling this if I can get ahold of someone.

I had the same awful experience with Fitculator. I called one of the numbers they have, the one for international calls for my case. A very nice lady informed me that ALL THREE subscriptions will be canceled, I asked if I ll receive a confirmation e-mail for all three, she said yes. After 5 minutes I received two e mails, not the one for fitculator. I replied saying that I want this one canceled as well, I received a reply saying that this is a one time charge and there will be no more. I replied then back saying that everywhere is clearly stated that there will be additional charges after the 7 days trial. I sent also a screenshot and after 10 minutes I received a confirmation for canceling the subscription for the fitculator. I ll leave here the e-mail address that actually works and the one I had replies back and forth.

No space in between but it won t let me submit it

I was tricked into paying $1.99 for a personalised meal plan (that wasn’t personalised AT ALL) then I received an email saying that I was going to be charged a recurring monthly fee of $28.99.

While it’s in really really fine print, there’s no website or email to cancel the subscription, you have to call them to cancel. Totally scammy and not worth it.

I do not consider is necessarily a scam as I was able to cancel my account, and they did send cancellation number for all 3 site that you received subscription once you are doing fit-calculator.
I did not received a personalised plan, which is the main reason why I cancelled it.
The UK number does not work and I had to call the US one +1-866-856-4819 and I was not change for the call.

It's not "technically" a scam but scammy enough as everything about extra subscriptions is in the terms.

Please note: the number came up as busy the first time I called and then worked the second time.

I also got money back when I insisted that the product was not what they advertised. It is not personalised at all. She will give a spiel about how it works. Stand your ground. I stated that it includes things I'm allergic to and I cannot possibly use it. She stated my money would be returned in 5-7 working days.

I baught the book and they gave 2 extra heavy priced subscription, which I dont want.
There is no option for cancel it, please tell me a way to un subscribe it.

Thinking i was going to get a personalized plan i was subscribed to this. Don't be fooled by the price. I don't recommend. You can unsubcribe via email support @ ketonefood.com. You should get email that you are unsubcribed

The meal plan is not customized at all,
you sign up 2 subscription-based services and the only way to cancel is to call an American phone number.
Once you get through on the contact number, you're able to cancel reasonably easy, but just an overall inconvenience.

The plan is not customised, just a general document and without knowing it you get signed up for two additional subscription services. The only customer service number that work is the one in the US.
