Ordered parts on a Tuesday, didn't get them before the weekend as advertised.
Ordered parts on a Tuesday. UPS ground shipping option said parts would arrive on June 3. Received notification on June 3rd that parts wouldn"t arrive until June 7th at which point I would no longer need them as I had to have them for June 5th. I had to go buy parts elsewhere as well as eat the shipping cost on these.
I complained to Fittings N Valves. Their poor response was that I did not purchase "expedited" shipping so it was not their fault. I paid $11.34 shipping for $7.88 worth of parts soley because the promise delivery date met my needs. I could have and should have bought these parts on amazon and just paid $25 to have them on time.
Would never order from these guys again. Better customer service from virtually anyone I have ever bought from on Amazon.

The delivery times displayed on our site are estimates from the carriers. Usually it is very accurate, however sometimes a delivery may take longer however that is out of our control. This order was received at 3:27 pm and was shipped out the next morning. We apologized and refunded customer in full as this is not the norm of our business.

Ordered pipe fittings and flanges of 1/4" diameter. This size is getting harder to find locally. As these items were for decorate use it was nice to find flanges without made in China cast on them. Service was prompt and items as ordered. Cannot ask for more. Thanks very much.

We sent this Next Day Air, however as the order was shipped to Puerto Rico for some reason UPS called us and was having some problems with delivery. We are unsure of the issue. They asked for your number and we gave it to them. We apologize for this and will refund a portion of the shipping you paid.

Got mi order fast but incomplete, when I ask for the remaining parts they send me different size parts when I ask again they say will send new parts but they don't do anything forget about my order ,price is good if you order something order 25% extra i order 5%over what I need wasn't enough
