After 12 days waiting
After 12 days waiting, they sent me an email that there is an error in the price. What if I want to cancel it or pay the new price? I said I don't want. I want my refund! 2 days later nothing. I had to open a case in PayPal... minutes after the case seller made the refund. curiosity that if it responds quickly to cases. be careful with these people. go somewhere else with your business. Never again :/

This order was in process to be refunded after the customer asked to have it refunded. Sometimes it may take 24-48 hours. We spoke to Paypal and had it expedited with them as per the customers request. We are a major supplier that takes care of our customers.

What can I say
What can I say? With a shortage in pex fittings, these guys had what I needed available, in stock and ready to ship out. What no plumber can find in Houston, Texas, fittings and valves came in clutch. I will continue ordering through them.

Placed order and it said parts were in…
Placed order and it said parts were in stock. Over 2 weeks now and nothing has shipped. I sent an email asking when parts would ship or if I could just have a refund, and it's been 3 days now and I haven't got an answer. Won't shop here again. Update- emailed me back and said parts had shipped awhile ago. Didn't get a date or anything specific. I probably wouldn't have emailed them if I had got the tracking info..... The parts had shipped a day before I emailed. Parts ordered June 24th. Not shipped till July 1st. Just expected it to be a lil more efficient. Most parts companies have same day or day after shipping. Sorry, but most people buy parts because they need them and need the quick.

This order was shipped. We do not understand this review. An autoresponder tracking email was sent to customer. Customer sent an email inquiring about the order on Saturday 7/3 over the holiday weekend when we were closed. We replied on 7/4. The bottom line, this order was fulfilled and shipped.

Some of the parts were on delay due to supply chain disruptions and world shortages. This has since been resolved after a short time. Customer was emailed and explained this. All orders for these products have been fulfilled.
