Absolutely horrible company. They took my money cash and told me they wont charge VAT and didn't fix my fridge. The engineer said to look elsewhere. Beware of these VAT dogers. Don't try them.

Mum’s washing broke, it needed a new waste pipe. This repair company was recommended by a family friend. I reached out to the company and spoke to Arafat who was outstanding. After providing the model number a new part was ordered and scheduled within a few days around my availability. Overall an outstanding services in which l would highly recommend.

Washing machine broke and filip came to fix it the same day. He replaced the heating element there and then, very reasonable fixed price and very good service. Would use again.

Filip is professional and diligent in his work and the cost is reasonable especially in Central London. Filip fixed my cooker in no time and even gave me some advice about my dishwasher. Repaired my nine year old dish washer as promised. Promptly answered the phone. Took details of the problem. Filip thought he could fix it, but wanted to check. Rang me back as promised and confirmed he could fix it the problem, arranged to come the next afternoon to repair. Filip arrived as arranged, talked me through each step of the repair process, checked the machine was working before he left. An efficient competent service provided in a very professional manner.

Very honest. Was able to diagnose problem over the phone and conclude that it was not repairable. He could've visited to do this and made easy money charging me.

Terrible service and the manger is beyond rude.
Pay for you own permit and if you don't like a area STOP TAKING WORK in that area you don't like.

My dishwasher stop draining, and I attempted to repair myself and failed. I texted Filip and he came the next day, fixed the issue in less than an hour and stayed to test all was ok.

No nonsense no ripping off - my go to engineer!

Filip came to assess our leaking washer dryer. I haven't met another tradesperson with so much integrity. He did a few tests, but could not identify the reason for our leak. While we wanted to pay him for his time and effort he refused to charge us. He explained everything he saw, and based on his observations we ended up discovering the solution later (we hadn't cleaned our CareDose dispenser in a while and the old fabric softener created a clog that was making water leak out). We couldn't have found this without Filip's help. Thank you for your help and honesty!

Filip swiftly replied to my request left on their website. The work fee was clearly communicated to me in advance. He also finished repairing the washing machine in no time. I highly recommend them.

Filip fitted a new washing machine door seal, a feat that is physically impossible for the naive layman who has purchased it. He must be a magician, because I thought it required eight hands and two brains to accomplish the task. And he stayed to make sure it was working. Extraordinarily reasonable price too!

Contacted on Thursday, came out on Saturday - I couldn't be home on Friday, Honest assessment of the machine, it could not be economically fixed. He checked the parts on line in front of me to confirm. I would recommend.

Called on Tuesday morning and engineer attended on Wednesday and fixed our washing machine. Very nice chap, good communication and really good value for money.

Filip is a top washing machine fixer! He came on time, no drama, spent an hour! Fix only took 20 mins but Filip was meticulous he double checked to make sure machine was sorted running a wash!
