first time using Fix Auto, staff were really lovely leading up to the day of taking my car in, keeping me informed and organising a hire car through enterprise as there was an issue with the courtesy car. on the day of dropping off the car all the staff we're helpful & up to the day of collection. no complaints at all, car came back to me clean & tidy, all the repairs completed to a high standard.
No complaints at all, and if (fingers crossed not) i ever need body work done again i would 100% return here!

I can only say the service and repair were excellent. The car was back quicker than expected. The best part was the receptionist Megan kept me fully informed during the process. A well deserved 5 star review

Excellent service. Car collected on time the morning it was booked for collection, was called to advise the approximate time of collection and the driver arrived on time, excellent service, following collection was contacted with approximate completion date and was pleased to receive a call 2 days prior to estimated time of completion of the repair work advising the car was ready. Again delivery time was agreed and the driver arrived within that time give or take a few minutes, extremely pleased with the standard of the work and condition of vehicle upon receiving it back. All round the service was exceptional from all the members of staff who I had spoken to and the whole process was hassle free and professional. Would recommend this company to anyone interested in having bodywork done from minor damage to more complex work.many thanks for the service that not only met my expectations but exceeded them in the process being more than punctual and the repair being completed to a standard that left my vehicle back in the showroom condition it was in prior to being involved in being hit by a third party. Thanks once again.

I was told my car may be 2-3 weeks, but was competed in a week.
Valeted inside and out back to having new leather smell in a 5 year old car.

They delivered a loan car and collected mine. The repair was done quicker than I expected and then they returned my car and collected the loan car.

Had cad repaired to an excellent standard as if it hadn't been in an accident, didn't take long to get my car back was picked up and dropped off and had amazing customer service from them, with communication and timing.

Received a phone call from megan to arrange collection of my car, very good service. Ian was very professional on arrival and exchanged documentation. Car was fixed in just over two weeks with a courtesy car provided. Required additional isofix points in the courtesy car for child seats and this was taken into consideration. Received an email update during the time the car was away. On drop off of the vehicle they were very accommodating as I was at work and delivered my car back in a different town. Ian and don finalised more paperwork and was very friendly. Car was fully repaired and was very clean . Would happily use this company again.

Car was repaired in a very quick time and first class workmanship.

Fix Auto we’re unbelievable had a courtesy car ready to go for me, took my car in and was ready to collect within a week, always kept me updated and when I arrived to collect my car they had cleaned inside and out but also fixed my day time lights which were out free of charge they were constantly accommodated

Absolutely amazing service - thank you. My car was picked up from my house by a really helpful driver who left a courtesy car for me to use. Once the car was repaired, my car was returned and the courtesy car picked up. This was so helpful as I would have had to take time off work which was impossible. The garage kept me informed throughout the process and were always friendly and helpful. My car was returned within the time I was quoted, gleaming and shiny clean. Will definitely recommend the garage to family and friends. Thank you.

Dropped my car off for a body repair before my holiday, one week later it was ready to be picked up! They even saved me a bit of money since some parts weren't needed. Very happy with the quick turn around and a very clean and repaired car as a result! Highly recommend, no problems to say.
