Outstanding customer service, very impressed with the courtesy car as I asked for a small car with reverse sensors. The driving rep who delivered the car read out what I can and can do relating to their policy. The fixed the car in record time and washed the car. Very satisfied customer and so so pleased

Finally a company that communicates and delivers great customer service! Car in for damage repairs following collision and collected and delivered back- great communication and quick turnaround time! We were even able to communicate with people other than via apps and chatbots! Would not hesitate in recommending. Did not pay as insurance covered but best support we’ve had in 30 years of driving!

Great communication
Great communication, great service, can’t fault, very trustworthy. Would highly recommend. Driving from braintree to colchester to collect and drop my car back was perfect for me as I work a lot of crazy hours.

The driver, who picked up, and delivered the vehicle was friendly and professional.
The receptionist was very polite, friendly and helpful.
As for the company itself, I was so impressed with the communication, for instance, only a day or so after picking up the vehicle,

Great service, friendly staff.
Needed a light replacement, was only going to take an hour so decided to wait, they made sure I was comfortable, wifi and coffee.
Would recommend, top marks.

Excellent service
The Fixauto branch at Braintree has only been open a few months so the facility is all new and so are the courtesy cars ! I just had my car repaired there through my insurance after a front end collision and the work was of the very highest standard and cannot be faulted. There is no trace of anything ever having happened. The staff are all very friendly and efficient. Based on my experience with Fixauto Braintree I highly recommend them and thanks very much to all the team for completing repairs to my car in just under two weeks which is great.
