Poor communication & no temporary vehicle
Extremely poor communication and unable to provide a temporary vehicle that we were entitled to.
We had to chase multiple times for updates, was promised callbacks that never came, and made to feel our requests for a temporary car were an inconvenience to them.
Was told that it would take another week to repair, they had all the spare parts, but still couldn't provide a temporary vehicle.
Then, suddenly completed in 24hrs.

Good repair but communication breakdown was a faff
The repair looks good and I can not see signs of the previous damage. The main problem was a total breakdown in communication between myself, the bodyshop and the MOT/Service centre. I must have called in excess of 10 times over a 2 week period. Even though the switchboard sent emails requesting a response, I had to resort to requesting updates from Vision who were managing the crash repair. None of the process was seamless, the repair good, but the faff...

The accident was not my fault
The accident was not my fault, but the garage was first class. They collected my car and returned it when work was completed, arranged the hire vehicle I had no worry at all. This was a first class service and if I had to use a garage they would be my first choice.

Can’t praise highly enough the service I have received. Car was in to be fixed on the insurance after it was keyed and required re-spray. From assessing to completion I was kept fully updated of requirements and progress and the fix was completed in a quick period of time

The whole experience of getting the…
The whole experience of getting the front of car repaired was very positive from the Customer service arranging the date of pick up to suit our requirements to the quality of the COVID secure coverings used for delivery and handover. The repair itself was very good requiring replacement parts and a little dent bodywork. Very quick turnaround. Thanks to all concerned.
