From start to finish, FX Auto have been immaculate in their dealings with me. I was kept informed by Jackie on reception, at all times of the progress of the repairs and the vehicle was returned promptly by cheerful drivers.

Communication was excellent, Jacquie was always willing to help and listen to my stupid questions, nothing was too much trouble for them

My car was damaged by a windscreen company and they used this company to repair the damage.
Jackie at Fix Auto Chelmsford was nothing but friendly and helpful from the very beginning! She made sure my car was collected and dropped back as a priority so I didn’t have to take time off work and kept me updated along the way.
The repair is brilliant and I’m pretty sure it looks better than it did when it was new.

Fix auto at Chelmsford have been very helpful. They arranged an employee to pick up my car from clacton, who was very friendly and courteous, and then returnd it the following day repaired and looking better inside and out than it has for a long time. Took my car to Tim at fix auto as my black spoiler had fallen off he popped it back on for me within 10 minutes.

Went to Fix Auto/Cars Ltd for a quote on some minor bodywork damage. Tim, the estimater, looked at my car and said "that'll polish out ". After a quick polish with a mop, technical bodyshop lingo, the bodywork was as good as new. No charge.
