Amazing job on repairing my car. Looks perfect. The process is seemless and you get regular updates on the status of the repair. Cannot fault this garage and would recommend to anyone.
Staff are lovely and go above and beyond to help.

Friendly courteous service the Yaris Cross badge was missing and the chap said they would probably drop it off as soon as it arrived as it only needs pushing into its clips. Very good of them. They also kept me informed stage by stage via texts which was great as I knew when to expect the car returned.

Great communications, friendly team with good advice. My car took slightly longer than anticipated but they kept me up to date via text messages all the way.

I was so welcomed by these two lovely ladies , they kept me smiling, the place smell so nice , clean and the two ladies are so friendly and down to earth , they know their Job and they iknow just how to keep customers entertained, it was a Great day with them well I hope I don't go back there any time soon but if I do it would be to just say hello to these lovely people other than that , it was a lovely Job done....

It took few weeks to fix my car due to shortage of staff

A great experience from booking the car in for repair to picking it up. They gave me confidence they were the right company to entrust with the repair of my car and they were spot on. I highly recommend them.

1 Great vehicle delivery service provided, but disappointingly no collection service available.
2 Lovely bodywork repairs, and cleaned and valeted.
3 Repairs included front bumper, but now the windscreen demister does not work correctly.
4 A new remote control battery was fitted in April, but it was returned with a flat battery!

To whom it may concern I have to mention that I have experienced a World Class Service from Jan, Lisa + the Team at Fix Auto Chessington.
My thanks obviously go to Jan + Lisa who were most pleasant throughout the repair period who kept me completely informed from start to finish.
