Fix Auto UK - Fix Auto Colwyn Bay Avis 

After I had a minor bump in my car, I was devastated. But after my insurance company put me in touch with Fix Auto Colwyn Bay, they made sure my car was safe to drive and after a week or so I was called to say my parts had come in! The car looks perfect and I couldn't thank the team enough!

I was very pleased with the prompt, thorough and friendly service.

I took my car to Fix Auto for an estimate to repair the damage made by another driver. By the following day the estimate had been sent to the appropriate insurance company. A week later my car went in for repair and three days later it was fixed!! Not only did Fix Auto pick my car up from my home and bring it back, they also gave it a clean inside and out. It all looks great. Thank you for your efficiency from Jenny in the Office to the engineers and anyone else involved. I would definitely recommend Fix Auto Colwyn Bay.

I took my vehicle for inspection prior to it being booked in, photos taken etc. I was told it would be required for a week. It was kept in for almost 3 weeks. When I phoned af the end of weeks 1and 2 I was told ' we need it for another week '. Nobody had contacted me about this, I was only told when I called expecting the car to be ready. No apology was forthcoming when I finally got the car back. In my opinion very poor customer service. I would not choose to use Fix Auto again.

First courtesy car spelt very strongly of dogs even though the keyring says no smoking or animals to be in the car.

This was replaced by another that indicated the tyre pressures needed checking.

When my car was returned, it had been used for between 30 and 40 miles, possibly the driver who returned it had had to take it home to get it back to me early morning.

I have been to this garage twice now with a works vehicle and I have always had an excellent service from the team. This relates to the mechanical work and friendliness of the staff. I would highly recommend Fix Auto.

Went in for three dent repairs agreed with the quotation with what they suggested and booked it in, on collecting all looked good, untill I got home then found out the back dent had not been fully repaired. Took it back they tried to buff it out but was told a full repair would cost another £250 plus Vat as all the glass would have to come out, not happy should have been told that in the first place.

The service I got was excellent, the ladies in the office were very helpful and friendly. My car was fixed very quickly and it was returned to me cleaned and like new. I would recommend them to everyone.

My car went in for dents and scratches repair. The work was carried out perfectly. My car was collected and a courtesy car dropped off. Staff was friendly and professional. Everything was completed on time as expected.
