We can’t rate Auto Fix Crawley more highly. Our experience was totally fuss free and professional. The staff were really efficient and helpful. Our car was returned in showroom condition, all repairs fixed and car valeted inside and out. I would definitely return to them if required in the future and recommend them to friends and family.

The repair on my car was actually very good, but you just can't get through to them by phone - over 1.30 hours I waited once and had to give up - and they don't let you know how it's going, when it's likely to be finished or how long it will take. They would respond eventually after sending emails, but only with non descript answers about timescales i.e. 'it's in a queue and will be dealt with soon',which tells you absolutely nothing. It's a shame because otherwise they would be okay! Although we weren't comfortable with their very young drivers they send out to collect and deliver your car back. You never know how they are going to treat your car, especially if it's big and powerful.

I was away from home when they picked my car up and delivered the courtesy car. It was seamless and hassle free (so rare these days). It has just been delivered back to me gleaming like a new car inside and out. I am so happy.

Fix Auto was helpful throughout the repair and providing a courtesy car, and answered a particular query well.

Worst company I've ever had to deal with.

Nobody answers the phone, so they ask you to email them. Five days later still no answer to a simple email. I don't think this company will survive long.

I was very pleased with the repair on my car, You would never of known it was damaged which is how it should be. Car was evidently cleaned inside & out on return. Very professional finish. Courtesy car arrived very clean with petrol in. If I had to fault fix auto it would be lack of communication, 4 weeks without car & no updates unless I called. Not sure courtesy car was checked over property as had a very temperamental oil sensor, kept coming on & off. Day 2 I had to have them come out & put oil in. Car key battery died on day 3 in sainsburys carpark so had to replace battery to get home. Child safety lock didn’t work on car & unable to manually lock door. With a 4yr old this was a real worry but they had no cars to replace it with - major safety issue! This is something that should be checked on all cars before distributing! I made them aware of all issues. Very short notice on fix & return of my car so had to make myself available last minute. My car is a lease car with limited mileage so was told it would be picked up/dropped off on truck but it wasn’t & I wasn’t informed it wouldn’t be.

My fiancé car was hit by another car at a T junction so the other drivers fault completely. Her insurance company Aviva selected fix auto. We had to wait for a while to book the car in because they were very busy but we are pleased with the job done. The car did look new again as it had an all over polish.

Could not get through to this company.took to long to do the work .Did not keep me in the loop as to what was happening, But the staff where nice and tried to help This management need a kick up the bum to sort these problems out.

Communication was horrific! These guys had my car from the 24th October until the 5th of December and I only received two calls from them during this time- despite me calling a huge amount of times over and emailing a number of times. When I did finally manage to get through to them I had been on hold for 30 minutes! When I finally got my car back, they tried to hand it over with a piece of bodywork missing that was there when they first received the car and it had additional scratches that also weren’t there.

Had my Toyota Supra repaired by fix auto after an accident.Really impressed by the quick turnaround as it’s not easy to get parts for.I was well looked after by Rob in the bodyshop and was impressed by his dedication to get my car back to perfect condition.They clearly love what they do at fix and I would highly recommend the team there.5 * service

My car looks brilliant & Jasmine on reception was amazing the whole way through and managed to co ordinate getting the car back to me in a tight timeframe.

Fix Auto was appointed by my insurance company to deal with a shattered sun roof. Sourcing replacement part was tricky for reasons that have nothing to do with Fix Auto and fitting had to be sub-contracted so really my review is about the service experience. This is clearly a very busy outfit which can result in fairly lengthy waits on the phone (it would be good to know where in the queue the caller is) but once in touch the staff is very kind and helpful. In person, the whole team (desk, mechanic, manager) is very friendly and professional. Considering the time it took to get the car back, I was grateful for the nice courtesy car. My car was nice and clean post-repairs!

My insurance chose this garage and they weren’t that great. No updates on my car nothing on the link they gave me. Took over a month to do repairs, no one answers the phone or emails. When my car was ready they want the courtesy car back before the next morning, even tho I was at work and told them. My car did look great when i got it back but it was no updates or answering the phone that was terrible.

Very happy with the service and work done but they need to improve their communication side ,they need to staff the phones,can take ages to get through,that said I had good service with friendly people.
