Fix Auto UK - Fix Auto Crawley Avis 

All went very smoothly. Car was collected & returned as promised. The girls on the phone were very helpful & understanding. Can't ask for any more. Thank you.

Fix Auto was appointed by my insurance company to deal with a shattered sun roof. Sourcing replacement part was tricky for reasons that have nothing to do with Fix Auto and fitting had to be sub-contracted so really my review is about the service experience. This is clearly a very busy outfit which can result in fairly lengthy waits on the phone (it would be good to know where in the queue the caller is) but once in touch the staff is very kind and helpful. In person, the whole team (desk, mechanic, manager) is very friendly and professional. Considering the time it took to get the car back, I was grateful for the nice courtesy car. My car was nice and clean post-repairs!

My insurance chose this garage and they weren’t that great. No updates on my car nothing on the link they gave me. Took over a month to do repairs, no one answers the phone or emails. When my car was ready they want the courtesy car back before the next morning, even tho I was at work and told them. My car did look great when i got it back but it was no updates or answering the phone that was terrible.

Very happy with the service and work done but they need to improve their communication side ,they need to staff the phones,can take ages to get through,that said I had good service with friendly people.

car was repaired as good as new pleased with the quality of the repairs.
Didn’t give a 5 star rating as we tried a number of times to call the garage for an update but could never get through!

You returned the vehicle with doors a different colour to the body and with out the badges on the back of the vehicle

My car needed a new bumper, number plate, radiator panel and fog light because someone drove straight into it.
It was fixed and I got it back in under 2 weeks and the car looks amazing.
I'm sure they even cleaned inside the car too because it came back looking better then it went!
I found it hard to get through to anyone for an update but I cant put any negative comments on the actual job they did on the car!

We have used FixAuto Crawley for both insurance and private work. On all 3 occasions the whole process of assessment, quotation, speed and quality of work has been excellent.
Whilst I hope we do not need to use them again, I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Insurance company arranged work to be done with fix auto Crawley. Was a a bit apprehensive after reading the reviews, ( to be fair the worst ones were from a few years back). But can honestly say they did an amazing job, car looks as good as new. The whole process was stress free. Would definitely recommend.

My car went into Fix Auto Crawley for damage to left side of car including deep scratches, small dent and replacement of parts. Work was completed in excellent fashion. when collecting the car it had a thorough clean inside/out and it looked like a brand new car straight from the showroom.
Excellent staff kept me informed throughout. Highly recommend this company.

It took a while for the work to get started, I believe the formalities with the insurance took a while to start which meant the team couldn’t get started. Maybe would have liked a bit more communication with this instead of me ringing a lot.. but! The team were always friendly when I spoke to them. When it had been a couple of weeks and I said that I needed the car back by a certain date they worked hard to push it through and updated me on the progress. The car was completed with plenty of time to spare. My husband picked up the car and he said they’ve done a full valet. I’m yet to go in the car but from the outside it looks lovely. They even found the numerous kids bottles that had fallen! Thank you for your hard work.

Took my car to get a boot fixed that had been hit. The boot is now not in line, the rear number and rear quarter panel is sticking out and not secture, and there is a knocking noise that now happens, there was no communication from the company or any update on my car unless they called. The work done is not good enough.

It was unfortunate that my insurance company booked my car repairs with this company.

Lovely and helpful staff. Issue was I could never get hold of them as the phone line was always engaged with hold times of up to 35 minutes.

Horrible experience with Fix Auto . It took 4 weeks to complete a job that could have been completed in 2 days.

I am happy about the work/repair done on my car. Paint work was excellent and thank you for dropping my car back while I was on holiday.

Great service, quick turn around and faultless workmanship

Cannot fault the service here, my car went in with a big old dent on the front (not my fault) and came out looking as good as new. What I also appreciated was the fact they cleaned my car inside and out, a lot of places I have been to haven’t bothered with that but I really appreciated it so thank you. Completely hassle free, they offered to pick my car up which I thought was nice and then when it was ready I was able to leave the curtesy car with them and drive my car home. Great service.
