Took a very long time for someone to…
Took a very long time for someone to call to arrange repairs initially after being referred by our insurance company, I had to chase several times. Be prepared to be on hold for an average of 30-40 minutes each time you need to call and speak to someone. They do pick up and drop the car back from your address which is helpful and the repairs were satisfactory but definitely not the quickest.

Spoilt by a ha'peth of tar
Would have been five star but for delivery drivers who left rubbish in the car and used my car to give the younger driver the experience of driving an electric car!!! Pity inside of windscreen was not cleaned.

My car was collected from work
My car was collected from work, and a courtesy car left in its place. The work was carried out to a high standard and then the car was dropped back to my workplace. It was really easy, minimal effort from me (just how I like it) Also, they got my car booked in quickly (unlike another place which was a 3 month wait!)
Overall 5 stars!

Very helpful receptionist who went out of her way to help me and get my car back to me as soon as possible! Slight delay getting my car back because their is delays with all parts at the moment but not the garages fault!
