The process was nice and easy, friendly staff and all repairs - timescales clearly explained. The repair itself is excellent, the only downside being that as it required the removal of two damaged doors and this resulted in the interior becoming very dusty and smelling of cellulose. Passenger seat had a stain on it too. Nothing a full valet my favourite car cleaner couldn't sort.

Very professional repair done after our car was hit on the rear door. Ben was very quick in getting the repair done and resprayed (4 days) and even helped sort out a hire car. This is the second time I've used fix auto uk for my mini. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Being an ex body repairer it's hard to find somewhere that meets your high expectations. Fix auto not just meets them but goes well beyond them. The finish is excellent and the customer care goes well beyond standard to.
