Fix Auto did a great repair on our car, looks like new again...

My experience at Lichfield Fix Auto was great from start to finish. This was a welding job on both wheel arches, and it was a lot more complex a job than originally thought. It was all dealt with in good time, and cleaned and welded with an excellent finish. My van looks absolutely stunning, like new, and l couldn't thank Fix Auto enough for working so hard to complete this in time for me, as well as looking after my vehicle so well. I live 2 hours from Fix Auto and l make the journey to have my vehicle fixed by this trustworthy company, who are multiskilled throughout. And a Special thanks to Katie the Parts Manager, Paul, Simon the restoration expert and, Kim and Sam on reception. It feels like an extended family now 😁

Amazing service. Thank you so much for everything you did. The mechanic was amazing over the phone explaining everything then rang back up to say my insurance didn’t accept one bit as could be seen as pre existing but was happy that everything was explaining in simple terms. Not only that my car has been due a good clean inside and out for a long time but being pregnant I haven’t been able to do it. What an amazing surprise it was to come home to a freshly cleaned car inside and out. Would recommend these every day of the week. Fast and reliable.

Had a nasty scratch along the near side of my car. I popped down to Fix Auto and the amazing reception staff had someone look at it straight away, who managed to polish the scratch out completely. So pleased with the service I received today and would highly recommend Fix Auto Lichfield.

These guys are great - all of them. They were accommodating throughout and on my side when there was a need. The repairs are top class and I would definitely recommend.

Brilliant service. They dealt with the insurance company for me and sorted everything out. All I had to do was drop the car off then pick it up again a few days later. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A first class job and the car was valeted and immaculate when I collected it.
